Rice County Sheriff's Office - Emergency Management maintains an on-call state of readiness twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. This is accomplished by the dedication of Minnesota Certified Emergency Managers. Joseph Johnson serves as Emergency Management Director and oversees 2 part-time Deputy Directors and one Radio Communication Specialist.
